Easy as Raspberry Pi
04/07/2012 @ 7:30 pm - 11:00 pm
Yae! I got one! 🙂
-
So what does it do and what can you do with it?
-
How does it do it? What are “ARM” and “SoC”?
-
Why is it called a “Raspberry Pi”?!
-
Does it live up to all the hype and world-wide sensation??
-
Will it transform two decades of IT schooling stagnation?
Come along to see what’s cooking 🙂
(Also note the Nottingham Hackspace event for a Raspberry Jam, see a few there also 😉 )
All for your fun enlightenment and entertainment, all at our usual real-world venue:
Fellows Morton and Clayton54 Canal Street
Nottingham, NG1 7EH
Telephone:Â 0115 9506795
latitude = 52.948615
longitude = -1.148431
Google map
Food is also served up until 8pm.
Normally we’re up the spiral staircase above the restaurant area at the far back, but we may be sat in the (warm) lower bar area. Just look for the Linux mags and gadgets (or ask the friendly bar staff where to find us 🙂 )
Wednesday 04/07/2012:
- 7:30pm:Â Meet
- 8:00pm: Talks/Questions
All welcome!
Cheers,
Martin
