For a Blue Moon that is so rare that this is a first for our group, we have:

Blue Moon on the Nottingham Beach!

Come one, come all, to enjoy some more of our summer, al fresco, on Nottingham’s very own imported beach 🙂

Meet 7:30pm Thursday 31/08/2017 on the northern side of the Old Market Square, Nottingham, in the lager and pizza shack Beach Bar. Where we take it from there… To who knows where! 😛

Look out for the usual penguins and Linux magazines and the attendant geeks, for food, drink, and all and anything Linux and fun!

“Blue Moon” in this context is used to mean “a rare event”. Usage here is also a corruption on the description for when there is an extra full moon during a season, in that the beers meet-up fills in for when we have a fifth Thursday in a calendar month 🙂
