Welcome to the second part of the first talk of the new year… so the talk tonight will mostly be about working with the NLug site and posting content.

A few example practical questions/fixes will be covered such as:

1. Why do my event posts have black text on green (hard to read) but “How” posts are fine?
2. How do I do in-line code formatting rather than block?
3. How do I get rid of the gap after a code block?
4. How do I do formatting?
5. How can duplicate link/venue entries be resolved?

All to be demoed by the power of Gentoo, LAMP, WordPress, the Organ Grinder WiFi, and NLUG!

This will save people like me, who really don’t do anything that interesting, spouting random waffle and generally bringing the quality down. Hrmph… that’s a point.

The more content you add, the less I do. You can shut me up for once!

Other general ramblings/demos/arguments will no doubt happen as well.
