DESCRIPTION:Folks\, \nTripping past the Autumn Equinox\, we are now into exploring the western end of Beeston to catch the last light of twilight with some good northern beer and good cheer and warm east Mediterranean fayre with: \n\nStarting at the Hop Pole on High Road from 7:30pm;\nTo thence taste the good tastes of Mr. Falafel on Chilwell Road from 8:30pm.\n\n \n \nMr. Falafel is a Lebanese fast food emporium that sells a variety of delights and for the carnivores probably has the best shawarma in the UK. None of that “unidentifiable animal derivative on a spike” you normally see. As you would expect with Lebanese cuisine\, there are also numerous vegetarian options to choose from. Now also with a selection of Lebanese Pizzas and Italian Pizzas\, all made right before your eyes. \nSee their menu on Just Eat to get an idea what’s on offer. \n  \nOnce the Mediterranean tastes have been sampled\, we shall explore in an easterly direction to reconvene at The Crown 🙂 \n  \nAll welcome! \nAs always\, just look for all the geekerie and the occasional sign of The Penguin 🙂 \n  \n \n
